Outdoor Kitchen Custom Fabricated In-Shop & Installed On-Site in Whitewater, WI

This beautiful Custom Outdoor Kitchen & Hot Tub Roof Structure was fabricated for a customer in Whitewater, WI and took a total of three weeks to complete from start to finish. The project started off in our shop in Elkhorn where we fabricated the entire metal framing for the Outdoor Kitchen & Hot Tub Roof Structure. The customer was thrilled with the final product!

Entire Metal Framing Fabricated & Powder Coated In-Shop

Disassembled & Transported to be Installed On-Site

We fabricated the steel the framing for the outdoor kitchen and hot tub roof structure. From there the framing was dissembled and went on to be powder coated with an almond color. Once we completed the powder coating we transported them on-site to be installed at the clients location in Whitewater, WI. No crane was used on the customers property and everything was all set by hand to insure that there was no damage to the yard or landscape during the installation.

We were able to roll the square tubing to make it match identical to the radius of the clients home all with the same exact curves.

Custom Stainless Steel Fabricated Cabinets. Every post has an electrical outlet and we also fabricated holes for all the lights and hidden electrical.

The project included a custom Fabricated Hot Tub Roof Structure. The steel frames was fabricated in our shop and installed on-site the same as the outdoor kitchen.

Carpentry work was all completed by Glen Fern Construction in Lake Geneva, WI.
