The customer reached out to us directly, seeking a custom-built tandem axle trailer. Upon discussion, we learned that they needed a robust solution that their previous, aged trailer could no longer offer. Our initial meeting revealed the customer was a returning client, emphasizing their trust in our services.

Our task was to create a trailer from the ground up, tailored to the customer’s requirements. The fabrication began with constructing the trailer frame and welding in the cross members for added strength. We also custom-mounted tail lights and clearance lights throughout the trailer and fabricated a storage tray for chains and binders, enhancing functionality and convenience.

The Fabrication Process

Every trailer we build is unique and designed to fit the precise specifications the customer provides. For this project, we employed a variety of tools and resources, including a welder, plasma cutter, band saw, CNC plasma table, press brake, and hydraulic shear. These tools allowed us to execute the custom build with precision and efficiency.

Trailers, especially those subjected to heavy use, can become tired and worn out. Our custom fabrication service addresses this issue by creating new, sturdy trailers that can withstand the demands of their intended use. While preemptive or preventative service for trailers isn’t typically applicable due to wear and tear, regular inspections and maintenance can extend a trailer’s lifespan.
