The resort sought a custom metal sign featuring the initials “LG” with a heart symbol, designed to be a social media photo op and a striking landmark for guests and visitors. The project was a referral, and Harbor Shores reached out via email, impressed by our previous work and capabilities.

Custom Sign Fabrication Process

Upon receiving the request, we confirmed we could fabricate the sign using our CNC machine. The project required precision cutting and a durable finish, so we proposed a design that included a powder-coated white finish with a three-dimensional red heart. This color scheme was chosen to stand out against the natural surroundings and attract attention.

The metal fabrication began with creating the design based on the customer’s specifications. Our CNC table and punch press were used to cut the sign components accurately. Once the pieces were ready, they were welded together to ensure structural integrity. The final step was powder coating the sign, providing a long-lasting, weather-resistant finish. The red heart was applied separately to give a vibrant contrast against the white.
