R.C. Portable Welding and Fabrication completed work on a gorgeous custom memorial bench for a family in Elkhorn, WI. Having worked with R.C. Welding in the past, the family knew that we could provide them with the results they were seeking. Once completed, the custom made benches displayed the logo for the Nicholas D. Sergi Foundation.
The Span of the Project
To start the process, the family called R.C. Portable Welding and Fabrication to discuss completing a pair of custom made benches that would display the family farm’s logo, along with the foundation that honored their late son.

R.C. got to work right away and began creating the custom benches based on the family’s wishes. The welding professionals fabricated two frames, CNC cut their logo for the backrest, assembled all of the pieces, and powder coated the benches red and white. A CNC plasma table, a bandsaw, punch press, welder and a powder-coating oven were all that was needed to bring the family’s vision to fruition. The creation and assembly took three days to complete.
Within a two-week span, the family contacted R.C. Portable Welding and Fabrication, discussed their ideas, and received their custom memorial benches. The bench will last for years to come and honor their son’s memory.
