Custom Fabricated Signs – Our Specialty!

When Sergi Farms LLC realized that too many current and potential customers were driving by their farm without even knowing it,
they decided it was time to get a custom-fabricated road sign of grand design, so they called R.C. Welding.

 First, we plasma cut the Sergi Farms LLC logo on our CNC burn table into two sheets of steel – one for each face of the sign. These sheets were then taken to Spectrum Coating LLC in Milton, WI to be powder coated. The color chosen by the client is a specialty red color with gold & silver flecks in it. The sign was then assembled, delivered, and installed. For this particular job, the client actually installed the sign himself, but we normally like to be a “one-stop-shop” and take care of installs ourselves.

Sergi Farms should no longer have a problem with anyone driving by and not knowing which farm they just passed. Don’t you agree?

Pool Deck Renovation

We thoroughly enjoyed working on this large project and we couldn’t put it into any better words than the owners themselves!

“We had a vision of an exterior railing that would show our love for the outdoors. A tricky part of this vision was we had to keep the original wood posts that were all different sizes! Bob was able to create a custom sleeve for the post to make it work! We also picked out various animals/birds and Bob and Jodi were able to create 3 different wildlife panels for each level of our deck, to be a focal attraction. Three safety gates were also created with wildlife we had chosen. The designs that were produced had to be well thought out by their team to be code compliant. The results are amazing! We cannot express our gratitude for making this vision a reality. We truly have a custom deck that is not only pleasing to all eyes, but has increased our home value. The time, creativity and work ethic this company has shown us puts them at the top of the list!”
