This fabricated solid 1 piece Fireplace Screen w/ custom welded buttons is from a residential home accessories project we completed for a homeowner in Illinois.  The customer supplied us with the measurements so we could fabricate the fireplace screen for an exact fit in their home. For the custom diamond shape we used our CNC Plasma Cutter creating the pattern out of 1 solid piece of metal. We also added some custom welded buttons to the fireplace screen design.

This custom fabricated repair in Williams Bay was on a 65 Ton 100 ft Double Decker Boat that needed some repairs.  The boat had some corrosion spots on the sides that needed to be replaced. R.C. Portable Welding & Fabrication traveled to Williams Bay to the location of the boat with their mobile welding equipment and was able to cut out the corroded areas and replace it with brand new pieces that they welded back in that were perfectly fitted for the area.
