Portable Welding & Fabrication was able to repair this Aluminum Pontoon boat in their shop in Elkhorn by removing the damaged aluminum piece and replacing it with a new fabricated piece. This repair was done in the same day it was dropped off.

Custom Fabricated 100 ft Double Decker Boat Welded

This custom fabricated repair in Williams Bay was on a 65 Ton 100 ft Double Decker Boat that needed some repairs.  The boat had some corrosion spots on the sides that needed to be replaced. R.C. Portable Welding & Fabrication traveled to Williams Bay to the location of the boat with their mobile welding equipment and was able to cut out the corroded areas and replace it with brand new pieces that they welded back in that were perfectly fitted for the area.
